Who is the User Acquisition Manager at Burny Games?

The User Acquisition Manager is a skilled professional with experience working with Google Ads, Unity, AppLovin, and Facebook. This role involves taking over traffic management and working with large volumes of data to build the most effective user acquisition strategy.

Our top-notch team will collaborate with you to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and implementation of the purchase UA strategy and scale of advertising channels.

  • Participation in the creation and testing of advertising creatives.

  • Running and scaling advertising campaigns.

  • Initiating tests and testing hypotheses.

  • Reporting.

  • Conducting marketing research.

  • Cultivating key strategic relationships with partners.

  • Close collaboration with product, creative, and analytics team.

Required professional experience:

  • Knowledge of the UA market.

  • Knowledge of the various digital marketing channels, and up-to-date on privacy/attribution challenges in the industry.

  • Critical thinking skills and a will to learn new skills and improve yourself.

  • Willingness to work with a large volume of data and numbers.

  • Intermediate level English proficiency (B1).

  • Availability of successful cases.

  • Work experience in a product game or app development company.

Prefered:

  • Experience in game dev.

  • Experience with Incentive (CPA/CPE) type of traffic.
